That figure governs the maximum current when the motor is started and stopped frequently under load, which is the more demanding thermal cycle than AC-3.
The 45 mm width and 116 mm height fit standard panel layouts; depth is 150 mm including terminals. Side-by-side mounting is permitted, with 10 mm clearance required upwards, forwards, downwards, and at the sides for cooling and wiring access.
