AC-2 at 400 V is the duty for slip-ring motor starting and reversing — the 11 kW rating tells you the maximum motor power it can handle under those conditions. AC-4 at 400 V (15.5 A) covers plugging and inching duty, where the contactor sees higher switching stress. For AC-1 resistive loads the contactor is rated 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 3 A at 400 V. The 24 VDC coil pulls 5.4 W holding power — verify your control transformer sizing if driving multiple contactors.
Auxiliary and control circuit terminals are spring-loaded, accepting 2x (0.25…2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (24…14) AWG.
