The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT1034-1AR04 is a Size S2 power contactor with screw-type terminals on the main current circuit, built for 50 Hz nominal frequency and rated for AC-3 motor switching at 18.5 kW at 500 V and 10 kW at 690 V. On a 400 V AC-4 duty cycle it handles 29 A, so this contactor is sized for reversing or jogging applications where the make/break load is heavier than standard AC-3. The front face carries IP20 protection; the terminal area is IP00, meaning the wiring zone expects enclosure-level protection from the panel.
