At AC-3 duty (standard motor switching), the contactor is rated for 30 kW at 500 V and 11.4 kW at 690 V. At AC-1 (resistive loads) the maximum operating rate is 1,000 cycles per hour; at AC-3 it drops to 800 cycles per hour, and at AC-4 (plugging/inching) to 300 cycles per hour. These rates matter if the contactor cycles frequently in a process line. The coil operates at 50/60 Hz with a voltage tolerance of 0.8 to 1.1 times rated value. Rated control supply voltages include 110 V at 50 Hz and 120 V at 60 Hz. Wire termination accepts solid conductors from 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) up to max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²), and stranded from 2x (0.75 to 25 mm²). That covers most panel wiring up to 25 mm² stranded for the main power circuit. The auxiliary contacts are rated 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V.
Side-by-side mounting is supported, which saves rail space in dense panels. Dimensions are 55 mm wide, 112 mm high, and 115 mm deep — standard for the SIRIUS S2 footprint.
