The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT1036-1CP06-0KV0 is a size S2 power contactor rated 22 kW at 400 V in AC-2 duty, meaning it handles wound-rotor motor switching and reversing applications where the load current stays below 41 A at 400 V AC-4. Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept solid conductors up to 2x 4 mm² or stranded up to 2x 25 mm², so it fits into existing panel wiring without re-termination. The coil pulls 10 A at 24 V rated, drops to 0.3 A at 220 V — the rated control voltage range at 50 Hz is 0.8 to 1.1 times nominal, which gives you headroom on a weak supply bus.
Mounting and integration
Fastens by screw or snap-on onto a 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022.
