It carries a 37 kW rating at 400 V under AC-2 duty (slip-ring motors, reversing starts) and a 66 A rating at 400 V under AC-4 duty (plugging, inching).
Side-by-side mounting is permitted (no derating gap required), which helps when you're packing multiple contactors into a tight enclosure. The main circuit uses screw-type terminals; the control circuit accepts 2x (0.25…2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (10…50 mm²) stranded — strip length and ferrule sizing matter here for a reliable connection. IP20 on the front with the cover or box terminal in place; the terminal itself is IP00, so keep the enclosure door closed during operation.
Switching performance
Arcing time runs 10…15 ms; the contactor closes within 10…25 ms at AC. Maximum operating rates: 900 cycles/hour at AC-1, 400 at AC-2, 1000 at AC-3, 300 at AC-4. The AC-4 rate is the limiting factor — if your process cycles faster than 300 per hour with plugging duty, this contactor will overheat.
