Its main ratings are 55 kW at 500 V and 25.4 kW at 690 V, which means it handles typical 3-phase induction motors in that power band without needing an oversized frame. Mounting is screw-fixed or snap-on onto 35 mm and 75 mm standard DIN rails, and side-by-side mounting is permitted — useful when packing multiple contactors into a tight enclosure row. The main current circuit uses screw-type terminals, accepting stranded conductors up to 2x 50 mm² and solid/stranded combinations down to 0.5 mm² for the control wiring.
Duty-cycle and switching rates
Maximum switching rates depend on the load type: 900 operations per hour under AC-1 (resistive), 850 under AC-3 (squirrel-cage motor start/run), 350 under AC-2 (slip-ring motor), and 250 under AC-4 (plugging/inching).
The integrated auxiliary contacts carry 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V DC. For signal-level switching in a 24 VDC control loop, the 10 A rating gives plenty of headroom for multiple PLC inputs or relay coils.
