What this contactor does in the panel
The main power circuit handles stranded cable up to 120 mm² — sized for the higher currents a Size S6 contactor carries. Mounting is by screw fixing, with the contactor body measuring 172 mm high by 120 mm wide by 170 mm deep.
In AC-3 it is rated for up to 1,000 switching operations per hour. In AC-1 the limit is 800 ops/h, and in AC-4 it drops to 130 ops/h. The auxiliary switch is present, rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, and 1 A at 110 V — enough for PLC input or pilot-duty signaling.
Where it lives: environment and integration
Coil pickup and dropout times are 40-60 ms for both AC and DC supplies, with a dropout ratio of 0.8 (the coil drops out when voltage falls to 80% of rated). The magnet coil uses screw-type terminals, and the main circuit accepts stranded cable 25-120 mm². Two mounting holes of 9 mm diameter are provided for screw fixing.
