It mounts via screw fixing to a vertical surface, with ±90° rotatability and ±22.5° tilt front-to-back, giving flexibility in tight enclosures. The coil is rated 96-127 V AC/DC, with a pickup threshold of 0.8 x rated value and a dropout of 0.6 x rated value at both 50 and 60 Hz. Coil terminals are spring-type, so no screwdriver is needed for the control wiring — strip, push, done. Main power lugs accept 25-120 mm² stranded copper. Auxiliary terminals take 2x 0.25-2.5 mm² solid or stranded. The auxiliary switch is built in, rated 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48/60 V, and 1 A at 110 V — enough for PLC inputs or indicator lamps on the same contactor.
Operate time is 80-90 ms on both AC and DC pickup; arcing time runs 10-15 ms. That means the contactor closes and opens predictably for coordination with upstream breakers or soft-starters. Maximum switching frequency depends on the duty category: 800 cycles/hour in AC-1 (resistive), 750 in AC-3 and AC-3e (motor starting/running), 300 in AC-2 (slip-ring motors), and 130 in AC-4 (plugging/inching). For a conveyor running AC-3 duty at 750 ops/h, that's one start every ~4.8 seconds — well within the contactor's mechanical life of 10 million operations.
Minimum clearances around the contactor: 10 mm upwards, downwards, and sideways; 20 mm forwards. The 172 mm height, 120 mm width, and 170 mm depth fit a standard Size S6 footprint — measure your backplate before committing.
