The AC-3 switching frequency of 750 1/h (and the same for AC-3e) means this contactor handles frequent motor starts — typical for conveyor or pump cycling — without overheating the coil or contacts. AC-4 at 130 1/h covers reversing or inching duty where the contacts break full motor current. AC-1 resistive loads can run at 800 1/h.
