Its 200-220 V AC coil with screw-type terminals suits retrofit replacements where the existing coil voltage is fixed, and the 170 mm depth fits standard enclosure depths without crowding gland plates or busbars.
Duty ratings and switching capacity
This contactor is rated for AC-3 motor switching at up to 750 operations per hour, with a maximum of 800 1/h in AC-1 resistive duty and 130 1/h in the punishing AC-4 reversing/plugging category. The 10-15 ms arcing time and 40-60 ms operate times (both AC and DC) are typical for this frame class — the arcing figure matters for coordination with upstream short-circuit protection, especially in a panel with tight selectivity margins.
Power wiring and auxiliary connections
Main power terminals accept stranded cable from 25 mm² up to 120 mm², sized for the full S6 current rating. The auxiliary switch block (screw-type terminals) handles solid or stranded conductors: 2x 0.5-1.5 mm², 2x 0.75-2.5 mm², or max 2x 0.75-4 mm². Mounting is screw-fix with a vertical surface — the contactor can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5° front/back, giving panel builders flexibility on busbar orientation.
