Integrator's first look
Screw fixing to a vertical mounting surface — the enclosure can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5° front-to-back without derating the contactor's thermal capacity. Main power terminals accept 25 to 120 mm² stranded copper, so the lugging matches cable sizes typical of 100 A+ motor feeders. The coil terminals are also screw-type, which means a standard Pozidriv or flathead on the panel floor — no special tooling needed.
Duty-cycle and switching capability
At AC-3 (squirrel-cage motor starting), the contactor is good for 750 cycles per hour; at AC-4 (plugging or inching), that drops to 130 cycles per hour. The arcing time sits between 10 and 15 ms, and the opening delay for both AC and DC coils is 40 to 60 ms — consistent timing for coordinated starter assemblies. The auxiliary contact block is integrated, rated 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V or 60 V, and 1 A at 110 V.
Clearance and panel integration
The contactor is 170 mm deep. Mounting is via a single 9 mm hole with screw fixing.
