It carries a rated control supply voltage of 23 to 26 VDC on the screw-type coil terminals, and its mechanical lifetime is typically 10,000,000 operating cycles. The contactor measures 210 mm high by 145 mm wide by 202 mm deep, and is mounted via screw fixing on a vertical surface, with ±90° rotatability and ±22.5° tilt front-to-back.
Switching frequency and duty cycles
Maximum switching rates are duty-dependent: 750 operations per hour for AC-1 (resistive), 250 for AC-2 (slip-ring motor start), 500 for AC-3 (squirrel-cage motor start/run), and 130 for AC-4 (plugging/inching). The AC-3e rating matches the AC-3 maximum at 500 ops/h. The auxiliary switch is present and rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, and 1 A at 110 V — these are the contact ratings for the auxiliary circuit, not the main pole current.
Main power terminals accept stranded conductors from 70 to 240 mm². Auxiliary and coil terminals accept solid or stranded wire: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²). The coil magnet uses screw-type terminals.
