The S10 frame is the largest in the SIRIUS contactor family, sized for main circuit cables from 70 to 240 mm² stranded. The coil is rated 23-26 VDC with a pickup factor of 0.8, meaning it will reliably pull in at 80% of rated voltage. Coil terminals are screw-type, consistent with the main power connection style.
Switching rates are duty-dependent: 750 operations per hour at AC-1 (resistive), 500/h at AC-3 (standard motor start), and 130/h at AC-4 (plugging/inching). The AC-3e rating also shows 500/h. These govern contactor life under load — a motor starting once per minute fits within the AC-3 ceiling; a reversing application cycling every 30 seconds would push toward AC-4 limits.
Fastening is by screw fixing through a single 11 mm hole. Dimensions are 210 mm height, 145 mm width, 202 mm depth — this is a large frame, so panel layout must account for the footprint and the bending radius of 240 mm² cables. These are minimum free-air spacings for arc flash and heat dissipation — panel builders should respect them, not compress the contactor against enclosure walls or other devices. The contactor carries an auxiliary switch as standard.
