What this SIRIUS vacuum contactor is
Vacuum contactors use a sealed vacuum interrupter to extinguish the arc, which means no arc chute maintenance and a clean break even on high-inductance loads. The rated voltage range is 440 to 480 V, so it fits standard 480 V three-phase distribution in North America and 400/440 V systems elsewhere.
The S10 frame size tells you the physical envelope and the current-carrying capacity of the main poles. Main power lugs accept stranded cable from 70 to 240 mm² — that's a heavy lug range, sized for feeders up to several hundred amps depending on duty class. The auxiliary contact block is present (Auxiliary Switch: Yes), so you get a set of N.O./N.C. mirrors for feedback or interlocking without adding a separate side-mount block.
Mounting is by screw fixing — not DIN-rail snap-on — so plan for drilled holes in the backplate or mounting channel. The fastening method uses one hole of 11 mm diameter. That's tighter than some contactors, so check your enclosure layout. Dimensions: 210 mm high, 145 mm wide, 206 mm deep. That depth is the body plus the arc chamber; factor in wiring space behind the panel.
