Fastening is by screw fixing through a single 11 mm hole, with the contactor sized at 210 mm height, 145 mm width, and 206 mm depth. Mounting position allows +/-22.5° rotation on a vertical surface, forward/backward tilt of +/-22.5°, or standing on a horizontal surface, giving panel builders flexibility in enclosure layout.
Wiring and auxiliary contacts
Main power circuit accepts stranded cable from 70 to 240 mm², while the coil and auxiliary connections use screw-type terminals accepting solid or stranded conductors: 2x (0.5-1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75-2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75-4 mm²). An auxiliary switch is included, rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, and 1 A at 110 V.
Switching performance and operating conditions
Switching frequency at AC-1 and AC-3 duty is 750 operations per hour maximum; at AC-2 and AC-4 it drops to 250 operations per hour, reflecting the heavier arc stress during reversing or plugging duty.
