It lands in a control panel via screw fixing, with a 210 mm height, 145 mm width, and 206 mm depth, and the mounting position allows ±22.5° rotation on a vertical surface or standing on a horizontal one.
The coil is rated 380…420 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with a pick-up of 0.8 x rated value and a drop-out of 0.9 x rated value — so on a nominal 400 V line the contactor pulls in reliably down to about 320 V and drops out at about 360 V. The coil connection uses screw-type terminals. The auxiliary switch (included) carries 10 A at 24 V DC, 2 A at 48 V or 60 V DC, and 1 A at 110 V DC — enough for a PLC input or a relay interlock, but watch the DC derating above 24 V.
Switching rates and thermal cycling
Maximum switching rates: 750 operations/hour in AC-1 (resistive), AC-3 (motor start/run), and AC-3e (enhanced motor) duty; 250 ops/hour in AC-2 (slip-ring motor) and AC-4 (plugging/inching).
Termination and clearance
Main power terminals accept stranded wire from 70 mm² up to 240 mm² — sized for the full load current of this frame. Auxiliary terminals accept solid or stranded 0.5…1.5 mm² (two conductors) or up to 4 mm² (single). Minimum clearance to grounded parts: 10 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm sideways, 10 mm downwards — keep that in the panel layout.
