It carries four normally-open main contacts and is rated for 7.5 kW at AC-2 duty on a 400 V supply — that's the standard rating for slip-ring motor starting or moderate inrush loads. Side-by-side mounting is allowed without derating for the basic thermal current, so you can pack multiple units on the same rail for multi-motor groups.
The contactor is also rated for AC-1 at 230 V (6 A) and 400 V (3 A), covering heater or lighting circuits. Coordination fusing is specified: type 1 coordination calls for a 63 A gL/gG fuse, while type 2 requires a 25 A gL/gG fuse. That difference matters for selectivity studies — type 2 limits let-through energy to protect the contactor in a fault, type 1 allows the contactor to be replaced after a short circuit. The magnet coil draws 5.4 W both on closing and holding — a DC-operated coil that holds at the same power level, so there's no inrush spike to size your control transformer around.
Dimensions: 85 mm high, 61 mm wide, 101 mm deep. Terminal capacity for the main circuit: screw-type terminals accept 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²) stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² maximum. For control wiring, the coil terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) with ferrule. AWG equivalents: main contacts 2x (20 to 16), 2x (18 to 14), 1x 12. Side clearance: 6 mm at the side is required for heat dissipation when mounted side-by-side.
