Mounting and panel fit
The 3RT1456-6AF36-ZX95: Mounting is screw fixing through a single 9 mm hole. The contactor body measures 172 mm high × 120 mm wide × 170 mm deep. The mounting position allows rotation ±90° on a vertical surface, plus tilt ±22.5° front-to-back — useful when you need to run cables into a gland plate that's not perfectly aligned with the backplane.
Terminal capacity and auxiliary contacts
Auxiliary contacts are present. The auxiliary terminal block accepts solid or stranded conductors: 2×(0.5–1.5 mm²), 2×(0.75–2.5 mm²), and up to 2×(0.75–4 mm²) max. That covers daisy-chaining feedback to a PLC input card without extra terminal blocks.
Environmental and switching performance
Operates at –25 to +60 °C ambient; storage range is –55 to +80 °C. Arcing time is 10–15 ms, and the contactor picks up in 40–60 ms on both AC and DC. Coil holding current at 50 Hz is 0.8 A; at 60 Hz it ranges 0.8–1.1 A.
