S10 frame contactor for 110–127 V AC/DC control circuits
The Siemens 3RT1467-6AF36 is a SIRIUS S10 contactor with a 110–127 V AC/DC coil and screw-type terminals. The S10 frame size positions it for higher-current motor switching and resistive loads in industrial control panels — the physical envelope (210 mm high, 145 mm wide, 202 mm deep) and the 70–240 mm² stranded power connection tell you this is a machine-rated contactor, not a light-duty relay. Coil pickup is rated at 40–80 ms on both AC and DC, with a dropout threshold at 0.8 × rated value and a maximum sustained overvoltage of 1.1 × full-scale. The mounting surface accepts ±90° rotation and ±22.5° front-to-back tilt, which simplifies integration into existing busbar or cable-duct layouts.
Auxiliary switching and coil ratings
The contactor includes an auxiliary switch block. The auxiliary contacts are rated for switching at various DC voltage levels: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 6 A at 230 V AC. The arcing time is specified at 10–15 ms. These ratings govern the auxiliary contact selection for PLC inputs, status feedback, or interlocking circuits — the 24 V DC rating is generous for a typical 24 V control loop, while the 220 V DC figure confirms this is not intended for high-voltage DC switching.
Termination and environmental limits
Power-side connection accepts stranded conductors from 70 to 240 mm². The auxiliary/coil terminals accept solid conductors: 2× (0.5–1.5 mm²), 2× (0.75–2.5 mm²), or max 2× (0.75–4 mm²). Operating temperature range is –25 to +60 °C; storage range is –55 to +80 °C. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm at the side, and 20 mm forwards. The screw fixing method uses a single 11 mm diameter hole. These clearances matter when laying out a dense panel — the 20 mm forward clearance is the dimension that often catches panel builders who assume a standard contactor fits flush against a gland plate.
