SIRIUS S10 Contactor – 3RT1467-6AP36
The Siemens 3RT1467-6AP36 is a SIRIUS-branded contactor in the S10 frame size, designed for switching motor loads and resistive loads in industrial control panels. It carries a 220-240 V AC/DC coil with screw-type terminals, and the main poles accept stranded cable from 70 mm² up to 240 mm² — sized for higher-current motor circuits up to the S10 frame's rated capacity. Rated operating temperature spans -25 to +60 °C during operation, with storage from -55 to +80 °C. The mounting position allows vertical surface mounting with +/-90° rotation and +/-22.5° tilt forward/back, giving panel builders flexibility in tight enclosures.
Integration & Wiring
The contactor mounts via screw fixing through an 11 mm diameter hole. Dimensions are 210 mm height, 145 mm width, and 202 mm depth — verify panel depth clearance before specifying. Auxiliary switch capability is built in (4 attachable auxiliary contacts), and the coil draws its rated voltage across the 220-240 V AC/DC range with pickup/dropout ratios of 0.8 initial and 1.1 full-scale. Main pole wiring accepts 70-240 mm² stranded cable. The coil connection uses screw-type terminals accepting solid/stranded wire: 2x 0.5-1.5 mm², 2x 0.75-2.5 mm², or max 2x 0.75-4 mm². Arcing time is 10-15 ms, and switching times (AC and DC) are both 40-80 ms.
Auxiliary Contact Ratings
Auxiliary contacts are rated for switching at various control voltages: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 6 A at 230 V. The mechanical service life is rated at 10,000,000 operating cycles typical.
