The IP20 finger-safe front and terminal covers mean it can sit exposed inside a control cabinet without additional shrouding.
The 24 VDC coil draws 5.1 VA at 50 Hz and holds in across a 0.85–1.1 x Us range typical for SIRIUS contactors. The 10 A rated operational current at 24 V is the continuous carry rating for the main poles — use it for DC switching up to that current, or derate per the AC-1/AC-3 curves for motor loads. The auxiliary contacts (1 NO + 1 NC) each carry 12 A, enough to drive a small contactor or indicator bank.
The mounting position allows vertical surface with ±180° rotation and ±30° tilt forward/backward, so it adapts to angled subpanels or swing frames. Terminals accept 2x 0.5–1.5 mm² or 2x 0.75–2.5 mm² solid/stranded, with a maximum of 2x 4 mm². The screw clamp is the standard box lug — torque to the manufacturer spec (typically 1.2–1.5 Nm for this wire range).
