It's the workhorse for switching motor loads, resistive heaters, and general inductive loads in a control panel. The 6 kV rated impulse withstand voltage on both the main and auxiliary circuits means it handles typical 400 V line transients without flashover — a solid choice for a 400 V three-phase motor branch circuit.
The S0 footprint — 61 mm wide, 85 mm tall, 91 mm deep — fits a standard 8-module-wide DIN-rail slot. That covers most panel layouts without derating.
Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept solid or stranded wire: 2x 0.5–1.5 mm², 2x 0.75–2.5 mm², or max 2x 0.75–4 mm². That covers the common control-wire gauges for a 25 A circuit. The terminal IP rating is IP00, so the connection points are exposed — standard for panel-mount contactors. Front face carries IP20, meaning finger-safe once wired.
