The 3RT1926-1ES00 is a phased-out product within the SIRIUS range. The official successor is the 3RT2926-1ES00, with the preferred replacement being the 3RT2926-1ES00.
This is a surge suppressor built with diode assemblies, designed for DC control supply voltages. It plugs onto the top of a SIRIUS size S0 contactor, suppressing the inductive kickback from the coil when de-energised. The voltage range covers 30 V DC up to 250 V DC, so it suits standard 24 V DC control circuits as well as higher-voltage DC rails found in some industrial panels.
