Time-delay auxiliary switch for 3RT1 contactors
It adds a programmable time delay of 0.5 to 10 seconds before the auxiliary contacts change state after the contactor coil is energized. Rated for a maximum switching current of 3 A, the auxiliary contacts handle typical PLC input signals, indicator lamps, and interlock circuits within a control panel. The ON-delay function is purely additive — there is no OFF-delay or star-delta timing built into this block.
Clip-on fastening means the 3RT1926-2FJ21 snaps directly onto the front of a 3RT1 contactor without tools, occupying no additional DIN-rail space. The assembled height is 46 mm, width 33 mm, and depth 73 mm — the depth increase is the timer housing extending forward from the contactor face. Pollution degree 3 and basic insulation type suit standard industrial control panels where the contactor itself is already installed.
