The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT1926-2PR11 is a pneumatic off-delay block that snaps onto 3RT1.2 contactors, giving you an adjustable 1 … 60 s delay after the coil drops out. It carries 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contact and connects via screw-type terminals.
Lifecycle and replacement
This part is flagged as a phased-out product. The official Siemens successor is the SIRIUS 3RT2926-2PR11, which is the preferred replacement type.
Fit and wiring
The block snaps onto the front of a 3RT1.2 contactor — no tools, no extra DIN rail space. The screw-type terminals accept the same wire sizes as the contactor's auxiliary terminals, so you can land 1.5 mm² or 2.5 mm² stranded without changing your wiring habits.
Short-circuit protection
The auxiliary switch requires a gG 10 A fuse with a short-circuit current rating of 1 kA per IEC 60947-5-1. If you are using a miniature circuit breaker instead, the spec calls for a C-characteristic 6 A breaker at 230 V.
