Ratings and What They Mean for Fit
The 3RT2015-1BB42-ZX95: The 24 V DC coil draws its rated current at 24 V; the contactor's main contacts are rated for AC-3 duty at 750 operations per hour maximum, and AC-4 at 250 operations per hour. The 10 A rating at 24 V DC on the main contacts is the key figure for DC load switching. For AC loads, the contactor carries a 3 A rating at 400 V AC. The operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C, with storage from -55 to +80 °C. The mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward, giving flexibility in panel layout.
Termination and Wiring
Screw-type terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 0.5 to 4 mm². For double-wire terminations, the contactor accepts 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm². The auxiliary switch is present (yes), which allows for feedback or interlocking without an add-on block. Clearance distances: 10 mm upwards, forwards, and downwards; 6 mm at the side.
