Switching duty and thermal limits
The AC-1 resistive load maximum is 1,000 cycles per hour. These are the thermal limits of the contactor itself — the actual load current determines whether you can sustain those rates without exceeding the temperature rise.
Auxiliary contact capacity
The built-in auxiliary switch carries 10 A at 24 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — enough for a PLC input or a pilot relay in the control circuit. For DC switching, the 24 V rating is 10 A, dropping to 0.14 A at 440 V. The main contacts are rated for 20 to 12 A depending on the duty class.
