SIRIUS S00 power contactor — 3RT2015-2BB41-0CC0
The Siemens 3RT2015-2BB41-0CC0 is a SIRIUS S00 power contactor rated for 24 VDC coil voltage, switching 10 A at the same DC-13 level. The spring-type terminals (cage clamp) accept 0.5 to 4 mm² solid or stranded — no screw torque to check, just strip and push. At 45 mm wide and 73 mm deep, it fits the S00 frame size on a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. The mounting is flexible — screw or snap-on, and the contactor can be rotated ±180° on a vertical surface or tilted ±22.5° forward/backward.
Switching frequencies and duty ratings
Maximum switching frequency varies by duty class: 1 000 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750 cycles/hour at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting/running), and 250 cycles/hour at AC-4 (plugging/inching). The AC-3e rating also maxes at 750 cycles/hour. For DC switching, the arcing time runs 10 to 15 ms with a release delay of 7 to 13 ms. The main contacts are rated for 20 to 12 A depending on the load curve. An auxiliary switch is built in — no separate add-on block needed for basic signaling.

Operating temperature spans -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C. Minimum clearances to adjacent components: 10 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, and 6 mm to the side. The S00 footprint keeps panel density reasonable — 45 mm width per contactor.
