The integrated diode handles the coil's flyback voltage, so you can omit an external free-wheel diode on the panel wiring.
The spring-loaded terminals accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid or ferruled stranded wire; strip length is typically 8–10 mm. The DC 24 V coil draws about 0.2 A steady-state, so a standard 24 VDC power supply with a few hundred mA headroom per contactor is sufficient. The integrated diode means no separate snubber is needed across the coil terminals.
