SIRIUS S00 power contactor — 24 V DC coil, spring terminals
Its 24 V DC coil and spring-type terminal connections on the magnet coil make it a fit for modern panels where wiring speed and vibration resistance matter. The contactor carries an auxiliary switch and is rated for main contact switching at 20–12 A.
Wiring and conductor range
The spring-type terminals eliminate the need for screwdriver torque checks — strip, insert, done. This matches typical panel-building practice for control circuits up to 4 mm².
Switching performance and operating rates
Operating rates vary by duty: 1,000 cycles/hour at AC-1, 750 cycles/hour at AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e, and 250 cycles/hour at AC-4. DC switching time is 7–13 ms. The coil hold-in factor is rated at 0.8 initial, 1.1 full-scale. These figures matter for high-cycle applications like conveyor or pump cycling — AC-4 rate limits plugging and inching duty.
The auxiliary switch is rated for switching at various control voltages: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. At 230 V it carries a 0.75 hp motor rating. These are the numbers to check when the auxiliary feeds a PLC input or another contactor coil.
