Rated for AC-3 switching duty (motor starting) at 750 operations per hour, and up to 1 000 1/h for AC-1 resistive loads. The AC-4 (plugging/reversing) rate is lower at 250 1/h — a typical constraint for contactors this size when handling inching duty. The auxiliary contact set is rated for 10 A at 24 V, 3 A at 400 V, and down to 0.2 A at 440 V — enough for PLC digital inputs or small relay coils in most 24 VDC control circuits.
The 45 mm width (three 15 mm modules) and 58 mm height fit standard panel layouts. Wire terminals are screw-type, accepting solid or stranded conductors from 0.5 to 4 mm² (single) or two conductors per terminal (2x 0.5...1.5 mm², 2x 0.75...2.5 mm², 2x 4 mm²). No special ferrules required for stranded, but they help in multi-wire terminations.
Environmental and life ratings
Mechanical life is typical 30 000 000 operations — the contactor will outlast the machine's service life in most cycling applications. Switching frequency limits are per duty class, so match the load profile to the rating.
