The Siemens 3RT2016-1BF42 is a SIRIUS power contactor in the S00 frame size, designed for switching loads up to the rated DC voltage levels. Its 110 VDC coil uses screw-type terminals, and the contactor includes an auxiliary switch. Snap-on and screw mounting onto a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 makes panel integration straightforward. The 45 mm width and 73 mm depth fit standard enclosure layouts, and the mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface plus +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward — useful when the panel layout is tight.
