SIRIUS size S00 contactor with spring terminals
The coil is 24 VDC with spring-type terminals, so no screwdriver needed for the coil wiring — just strip and push. The main contacts use screw terminals accepting 0.5 to 4 mm² solid or stranded wire, with a solid or stranded rating of 2x (0.5 to 4 mm²) per clamp. This is the variant you grab when the panel spec calls for spring-clamp coil connections and a compact 45 mm wide footprint.
The 45 mm width and 117 mm depth mean it fits standard S00 contactor spacing on the rail. That 6 mm side gap is tighter than some other S00 contactors — check your gland plate layout if you're packing multiple units side-by-side.
Rated operational current varies by voltage: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, 0.2 A at 440 V. At 230 V it carries a 1 hp motor rating. Maximum switching frequency depends on duty: 1 000 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750 cycles/hour at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting), 250 cycles/hour at AC-4 (plugging/inching). The mechanical life is typical 30 million operations.
