The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2016-2XJ42-0LA2 is a size S00 contactor with a 72 V DC coil and spring-type terminals, designed for snap-on mounting onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022.
DC coil and contact ratings
The 72 V DC coil draws a holding current that keeps the contactor engaged down to 0.7 of rated voltage, with a dropout delay of 25 to 45 ms when de-energized. Main contacts are rated for a range of DC loads: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, 2 A at 500 V, 1 A at 690 V, and 7.6 A at 480 V / 9 A at 600 V for AC loads.
The 45 mm wide body mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail (screw and snap-on) and requires 10 mm clearance upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 6 mm at the side for proper ventilation and arc containment.

Spring-type terminals accept solid or stranded conductors: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), and 2x 4 mm².
