The 24 VDC coil pulls in at 1.1 times rated voltage and holds across the full -25 to +60 °C operating range — no derate worry inside a ventilated enclosure. Coil termination uses a ring cable lug connection, so factor that into your panel wiring bill of materials; no quick-connect tab here. At 45 mm wide, 73 mm deep, and 58 mm tall, it fits a standard DIN-rail footprint with 10 mm clearance to adjacent devices on all sides (forwards, upwards, downwards, and sideways). Mounting is screw-and-snap onto 35 mm rail per DIN EN 60715; the contactor can be rotated ±180° on a vertical surface or tilted ±22.5° forward/backward, which helps when routing cables in a crowded panel.
Switching capacity and duty cycles
Rated operational current at 400 V AC is 3 A; at 480 V it carries 7.6 A, and at 600 V it handles 9 A. The contactor is rated for 1 hp at 230 V. Mechanical life is typical 30 million operations. Maximum switching frequency varies by duty: 1 000 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750 cycles/hour at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting/running), and 250 cycles/hour at AC-4 (plugging/inching). DC switching times are 7 to 13 ms.
