It mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with mounting position flexibility of ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward. The contactor carries an auxiliary switch (screw-type terminals for the magnet coil) and is rated for AC-3 duty at 750 operating cycles per hour maximum — the figure that governs real motor switching, not the higher AC-1 resistive rate.
The AC-3 maximum switching frequency is 750 1/h. For AC-4 duty, the rate drops to 250 1/h. The mechanical life is 30,000,000 typical operations. The auxiliary contact ratings cover DC switching: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 0.2 A at 440 V.
Clearance and wiring
The screw terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 0.5 to 4 mm², and can take two conductors per terminal: 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm². Arcing time is 10...15 ms at AC, and the contactor operates over -25 to +60 °C ambient during operation, with storage range of -55 to +80 °C.
