Its 45 mm width and 58 mm height keep panel fill-factor tight — three units fit in a standard 145 mm wide enclosure slot. Depth of 117 mm leaves clearance for front-of-panel wiring without deep gland plates.
Coil and Switching Ratings
The magnet coil is screw-type terminals, rated 24 VDC. At 24 V the contactor carries 6 A; at 230 V it handles 2 hp. For 400 V three-phase motor loads, the rated operational current is 3 A. Mechanical life is typical 10,000,000 operations — the failure mode here is contact erosion, not the solenoid. Switching frequency at AC-1 duty is 1,000 cycles per hour; at AC-3 and AC-2 it drops to 750 cycles per hour, and at AC-4 to 250 cycles per hour. That AC-4 figure governs jogging and plugging applications — exceed it and the arc chute fills faster.
For two-wire entry, the range is 2x (0.5... 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75... 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm².
