It mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with +/-180° rotation possible on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward — useful when panel layout forces an off-axis orientation. That 10 mm forward gap matters when the panel door or busbar shroud sits close to the contactor face.
For paralleled conductors, the terminal can take 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² — a common need when looping through a control circuit.
Switching duty and mechanical life
Rated for AC-1 resistive loads at up to 1,000 operations/hour, AC-2 and AC-3 motor loads at 750 ops/hour, and AC-4 plugging/reversing at 250 ops/hour. The typical mechanical life is 30,000,000 operations — a fast mover for high-cycle conveyor or pump applications where the contactor sees frequent pick/drop. Arcing time runs 10 to 15 ms at AC, with a make time of 4 to 15 ms.
