Panel-fit notes for the SIRIUS S00
At 45 mm wide, 70 mm tall, and 73 mm deep, it fits standard comb-busbar spacing and leaves room for adjacent devices in a crowded panel. Mounting position is standing on a horizontal surface; the contactor is not rated for side or inverted mounting without derating.
The magnet coil terminates via spring-type terminals, accepting solid or stranded conductors from 0.5 to 4 mm², or 2x (0.5 to 4 mm²) for looping. An auxiliary switch is built in (20 to 12 on the main contacts), so you get a feedback signal without an add-on block for basic status. Auxiliary contact ratings vary by voltage: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.2 A at 440 V — plan your control circuit draw against these limits.
Duty-cycle and thermal limits
Switching frequency depends on duty class: 1000 operations per hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750/h at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor start/run), and 250/h at AC-4 (plugging/inching). Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C — the contactor can sit in a cold warehouse but needs derating above 60 °C in the panel.
