That's a time-saver on a panel build or a swap-out when you're working a crowded DIN rail.
DIN-rail fit and panel space
This contactor snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, and the S00 footprint is compact: 45 mm wide, 70 mm tall, 121 mm deep. That helps when you're squeezing it into a tight gland-plate layout or a swing-panel.
The contactor carries switching-frequency limits per duty class: 1000 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive loads), 750 at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting and running), and 250 at AC-4 (plugging, inching, reversing). AC-3e also rates at 750 cycles/hour. That tells you how hard you can push it in a conveyor or pump application before the contacts need to cool off. For DC switching, the rated currents drop with voltage: 6 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. The arcing time runs 10 to 15 ms, with a DC operating time of 7 to 13 ms. That matters if you're switching DC motor brakes or solenoid valves — you need to know the contactor can clear the arc at your bus voltage. That's wide enough for most indoor panel environments, even near a hot motor or drive cabinet.
