The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2017-2FF48-0KT1 is a size S00 power contactor with a 110 V AC coil and spring-type terminals. It's rated for 20 A on the main contacts and handles switching frequencies up to 1000 cycles per hour under AC-1 resistive loads, 750 under AC-3 motor duty.
Mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. The 70 mm height, 65 mm width, and 73 mm depth fit standard S00 panel layouts. Clearance needs: 10 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, 6 mm to the side. Mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward.
Spring-type terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 0.5 to 4 mm², or 2x (0.5 to 4 mm²) for paralleled feeds. Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage from -55 to +80 °C. The auxiliary contacts (no built-in auxiliary switch on this variant) have DC switching ratings: 6 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48/60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. Arcing time is 10 to 15 ms; DC dropout time is 38 to 65 ms.
