Coupling contactor for 24 V DC control circuits — SIRIUS S00 frame
Its spring-type terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 0.5 to 4 mm², and the coil is rated at 36 V DC (nominal 24 V DC operation). At 24 V DC it switches 10 A; at 48 V DC it switches 2 A; at 110 V DC it switches 1 A; at 220 V DC it switches 0.3 A; at 400 V DC it switches 3 A — so the DC switching capacity drops sharply as voltage rises, which is typical for DC contactors where arc extinction limits the current. Mount it via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715; the mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward, giving flexibility in tight cabinets.
Maximum switching frequency depends on duty: 1 000 cycles/hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750 cycles/hour at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting/running), and 250 cycles/hour at AC-4 (plugging/inching).
