It carries a 24 VDC coil with screw-type terminals and includes an integrated auxiliary switch. Mounting is screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with a mounting position that allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward — useful for tight enclosure layouts.
The main contacts are rated for 10 A at 24 V rated value, with switching capacity derating at higher voltages — 2 A at 48 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.2 A at 440 V. This means the contactor is sized for low-voltage DC control circuits and moderate AC loads, not high-current motor starting. Switching frequency varies by duty class: 1,000 operations per hour at AC-1 (resistive), 750/h at AC-2 and AC-3 (motor starting and running), and 250/h at AC-4 (plugging/inching). The AC-3e rating also caps at 750/h. These limits govern contactor life in repetitive cycling applications. The contactor is rated for a typical mechanical life of 30 million operations.
Wire termination accepts solid or stranded conductors: 0.5 to 4 mm² for single conductors, or 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), and 2x 4 mm² for doubled conductors. Depth is 73 mm, width 45 mm, height 58 mm. The S00 footprint is compact enough for dense panel layouts.
