The 3RT2018-1BF41: This is a SIRIUS S00-size power contactor with a 110 VDC coil (rated value 110 V). The coil holds at 110 VDC nominal; the initial pull-in value is 0.8 of rated, so it picks up reliably at 88 VDC. Switching capacity per DC voltage: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. These are the DC-1 resistive load ratings — use them for DC load sizing, not the AC motor curves. Mechanical life is typical 30,000,000 operations. DC break time (at DC) is 7 to 13 ms. Maximum operating frequency: 1,000 cycles/hour at AC-1, 750/h at AC-2 and AC-3, 250/h at AC-4, and 750/h at AC-3e. These limits govern how fast you can cycle the contactor in a given duty — AC-4 (plugging/inching) is the hardest on the contacts.
