The ring cable lug connection on the magnet coil means you terminate the coil wires with a ring terminal, not a fork or pin; factor that into your wire-prep step. Switching frequency reaches 1 000 cycles per hour under AC-1, 750 under AC-3, and 250 under AC-4. For a conveyor jogging station at 10 cycles per minute, you are inside the AC-3 limit. Clearance distances are tight: 10 mm upwards and forwards, 6 mm at the side. That lets you pack contactors side-by-side on the rail, but keep the 10 mm above for arc-chute venting — don't bury it under a cable duct. The 60 °C ceiling is typical for a ventilated enclosure; if your panel sits in a non-vented steel box next to a furnace, derate or add forced air.
