The contactor measures 45 mm wide by 85 mm high by 97 mm deep, with a mounting position that allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward or backward — useful when fitting into tight enclosures or existing busbar arrangements.
Rated for AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-4 switching at up to 1,000 operating cycles per hour (AC-3 maximum), with AC-4 limited to 300 cycles per hour due to the higher electrical stress of breaking motor inrush during plugging or inching. This means the contactor is built for continuous duty in conveyor, pump, and fan applications, but if your process requires frequent jogging or reversing, you need to respect the AC-4 derating. The screw-type terminals on the magnet coil accept solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm², and the main contact terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) — standard for panel wiring with ferrule or direct termination. The auxiliary switch is factory-fitted, so you don't need to order a separate block for basic feedback or interlocking. If the contactor sits near a heat source like a VFD or transformer in the same cabinet, the +60 °C limit is the one that governs — above that, you need to derate or add ventilation.
