S0 frame, 45 mm wide — panel fit check
The 3RT2023-1AV60: Wire termination is screw-type on both main and auxiliary contacts.
Switching frequency and thermal limits
Rated for 1,000 switching cycles per hour in AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty — that's the standard operating rate for a motor contactor in continuous process duty. In AC-4 duty (plugging or inching), the rate drops to 300 cycles per hour because the contact wear from making and breaking locked-rotor current accumulates faster. The 60 °C ceiling covers most non-conditioned panel environments; if the enclosure internal temperature exceeds that, you need to derate or add ventilation. These are the minimum air gaps for heat dissipation and arc flash containment — stacking contactors tighter than that risks thermal trip or arc tracking between poles.
Production status is current — this is an active catalog item in the SIRIUS line. For a maintenance spare or a new BOM line, the part is sourced through authorized distribution channels and quoted to order against the RFQ quantity. The auxiliary switch is built in, so no separate add-on block is needed for basic NO/NC signaling. If your panel was specified around a different S0-frame contactor, the 45 mm width and DIN-rail mounting mean it swaps in without re-drilling the subpanel.
