SIRIUS 3RT2024-2AF00 — Power Contactor, Size S0, 24 VDC Coil
It includes an integrated auxiliary switch (1 NO + 1 NC, 18...8 A for main contacts). The contactor mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with a width of 45 mm, height 102 mm, and depth 97 mm — a compact footprint for the S0 frame. Auxiliary contact ratings span from 10 A at 24 V down to 0.3 A at 220 V, covering typical control-circuit loads across common DC and AC voltages. The contactor is rated for up to 1,000 switching cycles per hour under AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty, and 300 cycles/h under AC-4 — suitable for frequent motor starting and stopping in conveyor, pump, and fan applications.
Panel Integration & Wiring
The contactor accepts solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm² on the main terminals, and 2x (0.5...2.5 mm²) on the auxiliary terminals. Spring-type terminals eliminate the need for screwdriver torque checks — strip length and insertion depth are the only variables. Minimum clearances: 10 mm upwards, downwards, and forwards; 6 mm at the sides.
