SIRIUS S0 power contactor for 24 VDC control circuits
The coil pulls in at 24 V rated value and draws 10 A at that voltage (DC-13 duty), so it handles the typical solenoid and brake loads found on a machine-tool or conveyor line. Spring-type terminals on the coil and main contacts speed wiring — no screwdriver needed for the control loop. Rated mechanical life is 10 million operations, and the contactor is approved for up to 1 000 switching cycles per hour under AC-1, AC-2, and AC-3 duty, dropping to 300 cycles per hour under AC-4 (frequent inching or plugging). That puts it in the standard-duty range for a S0 contactor — fine for most motor starts and resistive loads, but not for high-cycle jogging applications.
The S0 footprint (45 mm wide, 102 mm high, 107 mm deep) fits standard panel layouts.
